A Message of Love

DSC_1120.jpg

The way to freedom is through love. This word has been used in so many ways that it rings hollow to many. Love is a feeling in your heart, you know it when you feel it. It is the gateway to much, much more.

When you feel frustrated or angry with someone, it can be difficult to find love in your heart to forgive them. But how does it feel to carry anger around with you? And what is that anger doing to your body?

Free yourself from the heaviness of this emotion by releasing it. It does not serve you. This, of course, is your choice, and many of you cling to attachments to emotions that are very familiar to you. Who would you be without your anger? Without your anxiety? Without your fear?

Wouldn’t you rather define yourselves in a way that is good for your body and soul? This is what it means to choose love. You choose to feel better and you choose to link through light from your soul to the soul of another.

And this will heal you.
