You are invited to attend a free bi-monthly meditation. You can choose to in-person or online via live-stream.

Each week will include techniques like simple breathing to deep meditative guided imagery/visualization to work with the subconscious and create new habits/beliefs/visions. We will also do some work with our higher guidance (spirit guides, angels, etc.) in these meditations. It will be different every time!

We will gather for 20 minutes from 8:30-8:50 am EST on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at Sage Wellness at 980 Forest Avenue in Portland, Maine (entrance is in the rear of the building on the left side of the building - plenty of parking). 

These will also be recorded and live-streamed on Zoom. Please register below for the live-stream to receive log-in information. You will need to re-register each week.
