A lot of people want to learn how to more deeply connect with and trust their intuition. With so much information being bombarded at us every day, it can be confusing to know what to do when it comes to our jobs, relationships, health or even with everyday life. This feeling of being overwhelmed can lead to a type of stress that is almost like paralysis! And we struggle through each day, just coping and trying to numb our painful feelings.
Thankfully, there are things we can do to find clarity, peace and to more deeply trust our inner knowing. Sometimes to truly connect, though, we have to remove ourselves from everyday life. Retreats offer wonderful opportunities to re-charge our batteries and to uncover some hidden aspects of ourselves, and our truth, to help guide us boldly forward in life.
On November 15th-17th, 2019, I am excited to be offering a unique experience to relax, unplug and go deeply inward to link with your intuition, or your higher self.
In this 3-day and 2-night retreat at the sacred sanctuary that is Shilo Farm in Eliot, Maine, you will have a deep dive into how to connect with your intuition in guided meditations, teachings on types of higher guidance and ways to develop intuitive gifts, writing exercises, yoga, mindful walking, sharing with like-minded people, silent breakfasts and the pure, positive vibration of the animals and natural beauty in the intimate setting on this elegant and cozy farm. Please note that there are dogs and cats that will be in the farmhouse with us!
This retreat is limited to 7 overnight guests (now just 2 spots left!), to preserve an intimate setting. However, if you are interested in coming just for the day, there is space for 6 people to join as daytrippers (5 spots left!).
In this retreat, you will experience:
Mindful walking, yoga (optional) and silent breakfasts
A past life regression to learn about you were in a different body to begin healing any current patterns/issues
Being guided into your own Akashic Records, a soul-level consciousness that contains the records of your soul through lifetimes, including lessons to be learned
Connecting with your guardian angel and with a spirit guide here to support you
Teachings around how to develop your intuitive senses (the “clairs”) and about the types of higher guidance and how to reach them
Writing exercises designed to release any fear/doubt that may be blocking your intuition (third eye)
Please note that we all are at different places in our connection with Spirit. (In other words, some people clearly “see” their Divine guides, but others simply feel them). Everyone will experience this differently at this retreat, regardless of how familiar you are with accessing your intuition in this way.
After this retreat, you will likely notice a shift in your reality, in your intuitive senses and in your experience with Divine guidance. You may notice that you have:
A deeper trusting your intuition and stronger connection to Divine wisdom
Greater comfort with the forms of higher guidance (angels, spirit guides, the Akashic Records and Ascended Masters – all connected to Divine Source energy)
An understanding of how to develop your intuition in everyday life
Are you interested but can’t do overnights? You can come on Saturday as a daytripper!

A micro farm/homestead, Shilo Farm cultivates medicinal plants, herbs and food following permaculture principles of land management. Amylyn and Jonas Zev have poured lots of love into creating a sacred natural space for spiritual people to gather. The farmhouse truly is a “luxury-style” haven, cozy with woodstoves in the gathering rooms, hardwood floors and exposed beams. There is something magical about this place (the address is number “88” after all!), which is why I specifically chose this location for us to safely and deeply go inward to connect with Spirit. I hope you will join us to experience this unique, magical sanctuary nestled in the woods of southern Maine.

Nice things people have said:
“Rachel’s retreat was just what I needed: quiet, tranquility, beautiful surroundings and delicious nutritious food prepared by someone other than myself! I was pleasantly surprised at how organically all of the retreat participants connected. I loved starting my day with gentle yoga and meditation on the beach, hearing the waves gently lapping the shore a few feet away. There were several mindful activities such as a past life regression exercise and intention setting, and it was an interesting to hear others’ experiences for these as well as reflect on my own. It was a refreshing weekend that inspired me to carry some of those peaceful practices into my daily life. ”

“The retreat with Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting provided more peace, centering, and spaciousness than I could have imagined. Rachel was a gracious host and planned the perfect getaway for mind, body, and soul. Every day was a nice balance of together-time and solo-time. Journaling, visualization, walks on the beach, sharing willingly in a safe community of like-minded women, and having little epiphanies along the way. I will not hesitate to sign up for another program with SWIC. Thank you for giving me such a lovely gift - the gift of time. So precious, indeed.”

Frequently Asked Questions:
Is this retreat for both women and men?
Yes, it is designed for both genders. Couples are welcome to attend together, although people seeking to share a room with another participant they do not know will be paired with someone of the same gender (see below).
I want to share a room but I don’t have a person to share with. How does this work?
You can be matched with a person of the same gender who also wants to share a room (assuming that there is another person also interested). Please get in touch with Rachel to discuss.
I am curious about expanding my intuition, but I am nervous about doing this work in a group.
We ALL have intuitive gifts. This retreat is designed to support those just starting out to explore their gifts. Keep in mind that you do not have to share in a group anything you are not comfortable with - your privacy is important!
