Free Online Guided Meditation: Wednesday, July 31, 2019, 7-7:30 pm EDT on Zoom videoconference.

Theme: Mandala Ceremonial Release

This is a powerful season for releasing old patterns, attachments, stories and negative emotions that no longer serve us and inviting in the new positive associations, thoughts, energy and intentions!. In fact, the eclipses and lunar energy swirling around us on Earth are already doing the work in helping us to do this - automatically!

To make the releasing of the old and welcoming in the new more effective for you, you can intentionally focus on what you would like to bring into your life - focusing on what you would like to invite in to help you evolve and grow. In this meditation, please find a 4-5 objects that are sacred to you (crystal, special object, feather, etc.) and arrange them in a circle. You may choose to make a mandala with other objects you find outside as well (flowers, rocks, etc.), with these objects moving outward in concentric circles or in a pattern that feels right for you.

In the meditation, we will connect with the energy of this mandala to help you release what you would like to and invite in what you seek.

“I contacted Rachel because I was desperately in need of support and change in my life, after feeling uninspired, anxious and rather depressed for a couple years. I met privately with her for six sessions. I cannot fully express how thankful I am for finding Rachel and making the time to see her. I feel like my life has been completely turned around. I feel peace, gratitude, joy and acceptance of my life and myself.”
— Kendall Scott

“I’m feeling extremely grateful and blessed these days. Being introduced to you Rachel has put me on a path that my soul has yearned for. I am feeling so good inside and feel my life is heading in the right direction. The picture in my mind is a path made of rocks in a wooded area. I jump from stone to stone as I get closer to my soul’s true purpose. ”
— L.P.

“I have changed tremendously! I am less influenced by my ego voice than ever before, and I handle stressful situations with calm and thoughtfulness. Truly amazing.”
