Stress Relief through Meditation and Hypnotherapy

If you’re anything like the average human in the modern world, you probably go through your days with chatter in your head of what you feel you "should" be doing… mulling over the past or thinking about the future. Some of us are in constant stress over money/our job/our country or doubting ourselves and our own gut feelings. It gets exhausting!

Our brains are wired automatically to look for the worst-case scenario, which can cause much of this stress of fear-based thinking rooted in worry and self-doubt. These “automatic negative thought patterns” of the negative Ego self exist in the subconscious mind and often are programmed in from a very young age.

The good news is that we can change our automatic, “fight or flight” responses to stress by re-training our brains and creating new neural pathways. One of the best ways to do this is through a daily habit of meditation.

The catch is that many of us know that meditation would be good for us, but we avoid it. We tell ourselves that we don’t have time. Maybe it seems too overwhelming or too difficult to prioritize. Or maybe we think it doesn’t work. There is a way to remove this block, and that is through hypnotherapy. A powerful way to change unwanted thought patterns, habits and behaviors held in the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy replaces negative beliefs and thoughts with positive, affirming ones at a deep level. If there is a belief/thought pattern that was instilled in your consciousness at a young age, it will require accessing the subconscious mind to clear it!

In this workshop with Rachel Horton White of Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting (www.soulfulworkconsulting.com), you will not only learn how meditation can be an incredibly effective way to reduce stress and bring about increased wellbeing and peace in all areas of life, but you will bring this mindfulness habit more into your life by experiencing a group hypnotherapy session focused on calm, peace and invoking your ability to start meditating regularly!

During this workshop, you will:

1)    Learn to reduce stress through everyday mindfulness and meditation tools

2)    Understand more about how the subconscious mind works

3)    Experience in a written exercise how to “flip” automatic negative thoughts into more believable, reframed thoughts

4)    Participate in a guided group hypnotherapy session to subconscious obstacles to finding peace, joy and contentment and to help you create a regular habit of meditation (“quieting the mind”) in your life

5)    Bring home some action steps to incorporate a new way of living and being into your world!

You will leave this workshop with:

  • a new sense of hope and peace

  • a “thought reframing” ability you can use in any moment of your life

  • new, positive thoughts embedded into your subconscious mind!
