Love for Self and for the Land

Dear Soul Who Chose to Be Here Now,

“I love who I am.” Alice came into my bedroom the other day and showed me what she wrote on our homemade paper. “Thank you for giving birth to me,” she said. My jaw dropped and I gave her a big hug.

Truly this little girl is here to remind me to remember to love myself, just as she loves herself.

How can we each love ourselves more? When we love ourselves, this isn't selfish. This love for honoring ourselves can then spill out into the collective.

Part of this love is about awakening to the truth that we are divine beings of light, filled with love! This was hidden from us for so long. Yet, there is so much unfolding and so many souls awakening. This is what we signed up for! This is why we're here. To learn from the setbacks, from the triggers, and to hold light in our bodies, to rise above. We are transforming, coming out of our cocoons... as the luminous butterflies that we are!

I have been witness to so many people stepping up as they remember who they are, as they feel the nudge from their spirit to activate, to shift and to emerge as light-workers and way-showers. People who learn the truth of what's being done to us will begin to need help in healing from the trauma, from the pain of years of mental conditioning and mind control.

Once we can unplug from the programming, we can allow the vibration of love to guide us.

For me, that love also translates into following my inner guidance. I have a deep desire to work with the land around me in my home. For my family and me, it is a learning process. We are trying our hands at tapping a few maple trees this year. We were late to the game and had to scramble to find the supplies we needed (very hard to get the aluminum buckets these days!). I also will be pruning the grapevines but late on that too (so I will have to “seal” the cuts since they bleed!)

Soon we will start seedlings for the vegetable garden. This year I am going to start by asking the soil what it needs, by asking the sun, and connecting with the deva nature spirits to help bless our harvest.

When tapping, we hugged the trees and asked for permission to borrow its lifeblood. The answer I picked up on is, "We are here to be of service." And so it is.

We also incorporate these learnings into teaching our kids how to work the land for self-sufficiency. This way of being is what many people are intuitively feel guided to as well. It is a beautiful, magical gift of this past year... of the "great pause," in which we got more acquainted with nature and our home surroundings.

The creatures that grace us with their presence can teach us so much. We recently had a visit from a barred owl that was absolutely magical. I deeply connect with owls as a spirit animal. This owl messenger showing up was sending us a reminder of wisdom and keen sight.

We can align with the vibration of the Earth to rise above the fray of the 3D heaviness, much like the sap rising above and through the veins of a tree. I will be guiding us in a meditation, called Rising Above the Fray, tonight and every Wednesday, from 8-8:20 pm EST. In this meditation, we come into our higher selves, observing our human experience. We then can observe how each soul on this planet, regardless of that soul's perspective, level of consciousness and spiritual awareness, is equally a part of the same Source energy that we are. When we remember that we are each expressions of that same God-source, we can find common ground. We can rise above with understanding for the "other", bringing in the 5D.

We can come from a place of love and still hold our boundaries of truth, standing strong and rising above the division and conflict. We can look for the common ground and find the good in everyone... no matter their perspective. Empathy and understanding is how we bring in the New Earth!

When we first found this property in central Maine, one of the appeals was that it had an out-building, which I now call my “cabin sanctuary”, where I could see clients and do my work. (It also has a garage with an upstairs for Chris to have a music studio). This cabin was really an unfinished shed with a bunch of junk in it. Now, thanks to this amazing man/husband, who insulated, finished, floored, repaired and painted it for me, I have a space for Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting!! It feels so good to be in here, and everyday I give thanks for it, and for this man. Having a carpenter for a husband (who is also a musician!) really has its advantages.

Things are shifting very quickly. Many people are awakening. If that feels like you, trust that you are being summoned to step into your soul mission to help us birth the new way of freedom, joy and aligned living with the Earth!

Together, we are anchoring the energy of the 5D world. It is here now!
