Restoring Soul in Everyday Life

Greetings Dear Friends, I have started this blog in an attempt to share my thoughts and intuitive musings on the phenomenon that, in our modern society, we as humans are not fully able to integrate our higher and true selves into our daily practices/workplaces and everyday lives in general. We learn about meditation, yoga, mindfulness, breathing and other tools to keep us centered, but we often find ourselves unable to access these after several hours in our workplaces, or through any variety of events in our lives that cause us stress, sadness, anger or pain.

I hope to explore this here as well as how we can transform our modern workplaces into soulful, inspirational realms for us to connect, share ideas, develop meaningful relationships, feel and spread happiness and joy,and ultimately, to make a positive difference in the world.

We all have intuition, access to our higher selves, guidance from the Universe/Source/angels/spirit guides/God/whatever you choose to call it. With this blog, I hope also to share my own spiritual experiences in the hopes that those reading this may be able to ignite that inner intuition that we can access at anytime.. It may just take some practice to ignite the flame again.

I thank you for reading this, and hope that these words can bring some inspiration, wisdom, ideas, and eventually, happiness and self-actualization to all who desire.
